You can also find the CD drive in the quot;This PCquot; right click on it and choose eject. As a last resort there is an emegency pinhole in the faceplate where you can insert a bent-out paperclip and it will open. There is no eject button. I tried to push it in to see if that was how to open it. There is no option for eject under This PC or in Media Player. The model # is Inspiron 15-3573 According to the device mgr there is a disk drive- ST500LM030-1RK17D. I tried updating drivers to see if maybe that would work, which of course it didn#x27;t.
